Odell Recreation Association 2017 Sponsorship Program

Odell Recreation Association is a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization chartered for the sole purpose of providing a positive youth sports program (Baseball, Basketball, Cheerleading, Football, Soccer, and Softball) to over 1500 children in the northwest area of Cabarrus County and surrounding areas including Concord, Davidson, Kannapolis, and Huntersville.

The leadership of the Odell Recreation Association is dedicated to developing integrity, sportsmanship, leadership and courage of our youth.  Participating in youth sports allows children the opportunity to develop mental toughness, concentration, physical skills, patience and teamwork.  Participants learn how to share the joys of victory and personal achievement and learn how to handle defeat and failure.

Although registration fees support a portion of our operating budget, your sponsorship plays a significant role in Odell Recreation’s financial well-being.  We could not continue to provide a high quality program to the children of our community without your financial support.  Sponsorship money is used to provide scholarships to families that can’t afford to pay registration fees, maintain current equipment and for new equipment purchases.

We are currently offering 3 levels of sponsorship that will promote your company and its products/services to our 2500 plus weekly visitors.

Bronze Level Includes:

• Your company’s name on our sponsorship page of the Odellsports.com website.

Silver Level Includes:

• Your company’s name and logo on the Odellsports.com website with a link to your company’s website. (Website link is subject to board approval)
• One vinyl sign with your company’s name and logo to be displayed on one of the baseball fields.
• Space will be provided for you to advertise (brochures, business cards or samples) on registration dates and at our Super Saturday Event.

Gold Level Includes:

• Your company’s name and logo on the Odellsports.com website with a link to your company’s website. (Website link is subject to board approval)
• Two vinyl signs with your company’s name and logo to be displayed on two of the baseball fields.
• Space will be provided for you to advertise (brochures, business cards or samples) on registration dates and at our Super Saturday Event.

Donations of any amount are gladly accepted for those who are unable to contribute at the levels above. Please complete the Sponsor Application form and indicate the amount of your donation so we can be sure to give you a tax deduction form.
